In-Depth Review
Hot pillows are the enemy of good sleep. You flip it, get 30 seconds of coolness, then it warms right back up. This Zamat pillow tries to fix that with a gel-infused foam core and a reversible cover, one side cooling mesh, the other side regular fabric for winter.
I was skeptical, but the cooling side does stay noticeably cooler than a standard memory foam pillow for most of the night. Not ice-cold, but enough that I stopped flipping my pillow every 20 minutes. At $44, it is cheaper than most cooling pillows that actually work.
Great for hot sleepers who have tried “cooling” pillows that didn’t actually cool. Works well for side and back sleepers, stomach sleepers might find it a touch too thick. If you like a really soft, squishy pillow, this will feel too firm. But if you want support that does not trap heat, it hits the mark.

Final Verdict
The Zamat cooling pillow delivers on its main promise, it actually sleeps cooler than most memory foam pillows. The reversible cover is a nice touch, the foam holds shape well, and the price is fair. Not a luxury pillow, but a solid upgrade from whatever flat thing you are sleeping on now.
