Can You Use Both?

You can, and for some people thats the combo that finally works. A nasal strip clears the runway, the tape keeps your mouth shut so all that air goes through your now-open nose. If youve got a narrow nose AND a habit of sleeping with your jaw hanging open, doubling up makes sense.

One honest caveat though. If you snore loudly, gasp, or stop breathing in your sleep, dont just tape your mouth and hope. That can be sleep apnea, and tape wont touch it. Get checked first. For garden-variety snoring, both of these are low risk and worth a shot.
