Key Features
Bamboo Viscose Cover
The outer fabric is viscose derived from bamboo which wicks moisture and breathes better than cotton. Feels silky and cool to the touch right out of the package.
Thick Pillow Top Fill
Dense alternative down filling creates a noticeable cushion layer. Adds about 2 inches of softness to whatever mattress you put it on. Compresses slightly over time but bounces back after fluffing.
Deep Pocket Fit
Stretchy elastic skirt fits mattresses from 6 to 18 inches deep. Stays in place without bunching or sliding off corners during the night.
Machine Washable
Whole thing goes in the washing machine on gentle cycle. Big deal at this price point since many toppers are spot-clean only. Air dry or tumble low.
Our Experience
We put this on a medium firm queen mattress that was starting to feel too hard after a year. The difference was immediate, its like adding a hotel pillow top layer for $44. The bamboo cover genuinely feels cool when you first lie down, which matters if you tend to sleep warm.
After two weeks of nightly use, the filling has compressed slightly from its first night fluffiness. Thats normal for this type of fill. A quick 10 minutes in the dryer on low heat brings it back to about 80% of original loft. Its not memory foam so dont expect contouring or pressure relief, its just softness on top.
The deep pocket elastic works well on our 12 inch mattress. Corners stayed put, no midnight adjustments needed. Washing it was easy too, which honestly surprised us at this price. Came out of the machine looking fine after a gentle cycle. For under $50, were not sure what else youd expect. It does exactly what it promises and the bamboo cover gives it a slight edge over the pure cotton alternatives at the same price.

Final Verdict
The BEDLORE bamboo topper is the move if your mattress is too firm and you want a quick fix without spending $200 on memory foam. The bamboo viscose cover genuinely sleeps cooler than cotton alternatives at the same price, and the pillow top filling adds enough cushion to make a firm bed feel plush. Machine washable is a bonus most sub-$50 toppers dont offer. Just know the filling compresses over time and it wont fix a mattress with real structural issues. For adding affordable softness and a cooler sleep surface though, this is one of the best values we’ve tested.
