Key Features
100% Natural Wool Fill
Filled with Woolly Puffs, which are pearl sized puffs of natural Shropshire wool. Not synthetic fill pretending to be natural. The real deal.
Fully Adjustable Loft
Comes overstuffed on purpose. You unzip it, pull out wool until its the right height for you, and zip it back up. Takes about 2 minutes to dial in.
Natural Temperature Regulation
Wool wicks moisture and regulates heat better than any synthetic fill. We tested it through a warm week and never woke up with a sweaty neck.
Machine Washable
Most wool pillows are dry clean only, which is annoying. This one goes right in the washing machine on gentle cycle. Huge plus for anyone who actually washes their pillows.
Our Experience
We’ve been sleeping on the myWoolly Pillow for about a month now, and the short version is that its become a permanent fixture on the bed. Not something we say about many pillows.
The first thing you notice when you open the box is the loft. Its huge. Like comically overstuffed. But thats intentional because you’re supposed to customize it. We pulled out maybe a third of the fill for side sleeping and it landed at the perfect height. Kept the extra wool in the zippered bag it comes with, just in case. The whole adjustment process took maybe 3 minutes, and once you get it right, it stays put. The wool doesnt flatten out overnight the way down alternative pillows do.
Temperature control is where this thing really stands out. We tested it during a stretch of warm spring nights and the pillow stayed noticeably cooler than our old memory foam pillow. No flipping to the cool side because both sides just… stay cool. Wool’s natural moisture wicking properties are no joke.
The cotton sateen cover feels nice too. 300 thread count, smooth but not slippery. And the fact that you can throw the whole thing in the washing machine is a bigger deal than it sounds. Most natural fill pillows make you deal with dry cleaning or spot treatment, which nobody actually does.

Final Verdict
The Sleep and Beyond myWoolly Pillow is probably the best natural fill pillow we’ve tested. The adjustable loft means it works for basically everyone regardless of sleep position, and the temperature regulation is better than any cooling gel pillow we’ve tried. Its just wool doing what wool does naturally.
At $129 its an investment, no question. But this pillow should last years without flattening out, its backed by a 5 year warranty, and you can actually wash it yourself. Compare that to replacing a $40 synthetic pillow every 6 months and the math works out pretty quick.
